Conducted in partnership with Ferguson Partners, this survey captures current market trends and up-to-date information on compensation programs and pay practices in the private capital industry. The global survey includes data from 84 firms, with assets under management ranging from less than $100mn to more than $5bn, and spans multiple sectors and geographies, including Africa/Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.
